Meet Our Team

Emmanuelle Bélanger

Emmanuelle is the massage therapist behind Flow Massage. She spent many years working internationally in the adventure tourism industry. She realised through this how much she enjoys helping others and decided to pursue a career in massage. She is a graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and recently left a busy practice in the Fraser Valley at a sports medicine clinic,

to move to Revelstoke and pursue her dream of settling in a small mountain town.

 

Coming from an active lifestyle background gives her a close understanding

of injuries; the pain, perseverance, and the difficulties of recovery. Emmanuelle

is following her calling to give back to the community by providing exemplary

care to each patient with a logical treatment approach while keeping in mind

the interconnectedness of the body.

 

To assist you in your healing, Emmanuelle uses muscle energy techniques with

a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, manual therapy of cranial and spinal nerves, neuromuscular therapy, gentle joint mobilization techniques and visceral manipulation.

 

She is sincerely looking forward to accompanying you in your healing journey.

Covid-19 Protocols

Prior to your arrival

​

  • Patients will be required to complete 3 self assessment questionnaires; one 2 days before your treatment, one over the phone the day before your treatment and one as you arrive for your appointment.

  • All staff/practitioners will be completing the self assessment questionnaire daily.

  • All patients will be advised of the informed consent that will be required at the beginning of every treatment.

  • All questionnaires will be answered honestly by all parties to ensure the health of all.

  • Patients will be denied treatment if they have travelled outside of BC in the last 14 days.

  • Please bring any personal PPE with you to your treatment. If you do not have a mask we will provide a mask for you to use during your treatment.

  • Our cancellation policy will be waived if a patient answers YES to any question of the questionnaire.

Physical distancing

​

  • Clients and clinic staff will maintain 6 feet of distance as best as possible outside of the treatment room.

  • Common areas of the clinic have been freed of fabric seating; the water cooler, all magazines, and other surface items have been removed.

  • We will have 30 minutes between all treatments and appointments times are staggered to reduce traffic in the clinic.

  • Clients must arrive unaccompanied, unless a guardian needs to be present.

  • We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and that you wait in the building’s common area until we send a text message or come out to welcome you in.

  • We will strive to open all doors for patients.

  • In the building entrance/hallways the patient will strive to maintain 6 feet of distance from other people.

  • We will use only our own equipment/supplies to reduce cross contamination.

Clinic Policy

 Cancellation Policy  

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
